Well I made it! And it actually felt quite good! I was really daunted by the longer runs, but I took them really slowly and stayed at a really steady pace. I'm starting Week 3 tonight, and to be honest, I'm a little bit nervous. Running twice for 3 mins is filling me with dread for some reason.
