Re: I'm new and sooo unfit!
I felt the same as you, could hardly get through the first run. But have just completed wk6 run 2 tonight. I can't believe how this programme has got me this far!! I still don't consider myself as 'fit', but am certainly getting there. Keep going & believing, & you'll get there - honest! Goo...

Re: So disappointed - NOT ANYMORE!!
Hi Birgit. The last run of wk 5 is a non-stop 20 min run. Wk 5 is different from the previous weeks has three different runs, rather than just three runs that are the same. Hope that helps somewhat.
And thanks to everyone for all the posts - can't wait for my next run today!

Re: Another person running week 5 day 3 tonight
Hey Queeny, good luck for tonight. I did my run yesterday. I made sure I paced myself, & although on the inclines I was very slow, I didn't stop & felt so proud of myself! I never ever thought I would do it, but I did! You can do it, just imagine we are running along with you, cheering you o...

Re: So disappointed
Thank you all for your encouraging words. I was planning to try again yesterday, but just didn't get time. Hoping I might be able to get out in the dark tonight! Ian, would love to have a run without Molly dog, but as a single mum of a 4yr old, the only time I get to walk Molly is my run time, or el...
