Got a rest day today, it will be the last run of week 4 on wednesday and on the weekend week 5 starts. Week 4 

Started week 4 yesterday - didn't push myself too much,  tried to finish it - however  looked at running technics on u tube - will attempt to adopt them on Monday's run - there is a lot of stuff about running to help.

Going to start my week 4 today - didnt get home until 2 pm (driving from kent to midlands) this morning , so will go around 5 pm tonight - not looking forward to it as the runs are longer. It's also going to be cold too.

Have enjoyed your write up and hope it gets better. I am on week four today!!! - have two types of running shoes, which helps me (I alternate) - also have been keeping of raod too. My shins are only just okay this week

Looking forward to week 3 too. Just purchased a big box of glucosamine and sulphate , used it before for skiing , not sure if it works and they look like pills a horse would take -

Hopefully it will get better - I found sometimes my pace is better than other days - do you think the time of day of your run affected you?
