Re: Week 3 easy but week 4 killing me.
Got a rest day today, it will be the last run of week 4 on wednesday and on the weekend week 5 starts. I have reduced my speed too - I have been thinking the same thought of completion rather than speed- it was about 8 pm for my last run - rain wind and cold. I moved the route such that the wind was...

Week 4
Started week 4 yesterday - didn't push myself too much, tried to finish it - however looked at running technics on u tube - will attempt to adopt them on Monday's run - there is a lot of stuff about running to help.

Hopefully it will get better - I found sometimes my pace is better than other days - do you think the time of day of your run affected you?

The running road
The running road There is a road, a street on my way from the office to home or vice versa that seems to be full of runners: in pairs, groups and singley but all pounding the pavement not all night, but every night . Why that road? Why so many runners? Under ponderence, I now look at them with ...

Re: Have you ever craved a run when you've never really done
An interesting account; of what a lot of us , i suspect, desire; the open road and a freedom to move freely without boundaries. Here is the thing; size, weight might be a a perceived restriction and you might need an element of self motivation to get going on the first few runs, however when you do ...
