Park Runs

I completed my first Park Run on Saturday and it was pretty tough. Its 5k and it showed that running for 30 minutes does not equal 5K for me. But I will keep up with the training, would find it easier if Get Runing done a 5 - 10 k transition app. I dont want to run 10k, but I do want to do some of t...

Thanks everyone. I did manage the 20 minutes, better than I expected. I am really enjoying the interval training, already thinking about the next app to use!

Re: Another request for the next app

I am sneaking on this page as I am nearly finished C25K and already I am wondering what to do next. I would love to have an app that continues with interval training even if its not a 10k training programme. I have been checking other apps and none of them seem as user friendly as this one.

Week 5 Run 3

Can anyone comment on how they got on with this run? I just feel that going from 2 x 8 minute runs to a 20 minute run is quite a challenge. I keep wondering if there is a fault on my app?? I have repeated the 2 x 8
