keep at it!

Hi all, I'm just returning to this forum after two years to let you all know what can be achieved after completing this program. Two years ago i couldn't run for more than a min or so, chanced upon this program, stuck with it and completed 5k. Afterwards I signed up for a 10k run and a half marathon...

I did it! Did my last run this morning after a night shift at work and now can't sleep lol. My next task is a 10k in sept then the Birmingham half marathon in Oct:)....a 5 to 10k app would be most welcome;) would like to say a huge thank you to the creator of this app, by and far the best couch to 5...

The best advice I can give is to control your breathing and relax,I tend to inhale two steps and exhale two steps, that works for me, and be positive, you've got this far:) once you complete this week you'll have no problems completing the course, I've got two runs left and I graduate and still some...

week 9 run 1

Woohoo! Just completed my first 30 min run:) its weird but it still takes me about 20 mins for all the aches and pains to go and ease into it, the first 20 mins I'm questioning weather I can do it, even when I've done it before. From 25 mins onwards though I feel like I could run for ever:)
