Re: Finished Week 3 Today!
You're in sync with me! I finished up week 3 today and felt fabulous. I've been posting on this forum as well http://community.active.com/message/836037 It's a bunch of people that started at or around the 23rd of August. So we're in sync with most of them too. Re: Loving this app...
Man I love this app too. The woman talking is some great motivation. I purchased 2 of the other C25K coaching apps for my iPhone. Neither one of them were nearly as good. I just started week 2 and love it. Hopefully by the time I graduate Ben has the 5k to 10k bridge app released :D. Or an in app up...

My normal walking speed is between 3.2-3.5 MPH and cooldown walking speed 2.0-2.5MPH. Normal running speed between 5.9 and 6.4 M...

Re: How fast are you running?
Hi all. I finished W1R2 today. I am using MotionX GPS to record my runs on my iPhone. Aacording to the track recorder I am averaging 4.3 mph with a max speed of 4.5mph. Which doesn't make sense to me. Maybe the 60 seconds run is too short of a time for it to record the speed of my actual running? Wi...
