You are totally right - I am just starting week 7 and cannot believe I can run 25 minutes ....it is the first time in 43 years that I could.
Stay with it - there is a great feeling as you pass each new little hurdle

Re: Life after get running - new app needed
I have just completed my first 20 minute run ...ever and feel great about it. I would love to have another app to get me from 5-10k when the time comes...it feels like a friend is running with me without dragging someone with me!!

Re: 20 minute run in week 5?!
I have just done this run today...and been dreading it for weeks but it was fine...the last couple of minutes began to hurt a tad. I am totally amazed that I could run for 20 minutes ....first time in 43 years!!! So you will definately be able to do it without a problem x

Re: Loving this app...
I have just started week four and just getting to grips with this but I am really enjoying the fact I am making progress. I have always been nervous of running outside because I am not exactly the running shape...but in three weeks I have lost 8lbs so it is def worth it!!! Keep running x
