Hi Guys. I have to say that I was surprised that Week 7 comprised 3 runs each the same 25 mins. I was thinking that Run 3 would be a week finale but no, same 25 mins so a little disappointed. Try to do it as slow as possible, concentrating on lasting the trip.
Might help doing it in cool conditions which puts less stress on your breathing.
