Hi! I'm in the United States, the state of Mississippi. I run outdoors on the perimeter of a volleyball field. I started Get Running on April 11. I've had to repeat many of the weeks due to being overweight and having a heart condition but i love it! :D Just started week 4 today!

I don't think it would be wise to introduce more runs. Your muscles need time to recover between runs, so that's why you are only supposed to run three times a week. But on days you don't run you can do some other exercise to burn calories e.g. walking (in a brisk pace), cycling or swimming. Petra....
