Hi Marty, I think humidity definitely makes a difference. I live in the Southeastern US, and it is brutal here. The times I've run (I am only on week 3) at night have been almost fun. Hi Lisa, Good for you!!! I just started week 3 yesterday and have acutally gained 4lbs. :| BUT, that said, I am pretty sure it is muscle.
