A couple of weeks ago my daughter ( who runs with me ) broke her arm and needed an op and then there was the big rush to get everything done before I went on holiday. Re: Just finishing week 2

Hi Redro, Tim and All sorry to hear that you are feeling rough Redro, it must be a real bummer that your injuries are raising their ugly head when you have been doing so well to avoid them. Repeating a week sounds like a good idea and I hope you are back with a spring in your step soon. Wow your fir...

Re: Just finishing week 2

Morning Redro, Tim and all well yesterday was my first 25 min run, I found it really hard and didn't quite make it walked for 1.5 mins in the last 10 mins. My stride was getting very short by the end of it and I am convinced that sometimes I walk faster than I run  My daughter is still with me ...

Hi Tim Nick and all I am still going but haven't been on line for a while. Good to know that we are still all on track and the weather seems to be getting better by the day over here, i hope it is where ever you are. Re: Just finishing week 2

Hi tim and Redro I am now a week behind you both thanks to re doing week three to get my daughter involved. I am really sad to be out of sync with you both. I must admit I found the second 5 min run really difficult and was really sad when I didn't manage it especially when the first part of it had ...
