Re: Finished! Or have I...?
I'm noticing that W9R1 and W9R2 are not logged either. Well, I'm in no hurry to break up with Clair.

Re: Distance run in 30 minutes
Just finished W9R2 at a park. Great path and lots of shade. 30 minutes and a little over 2 miles ran! Location helps!

Re: Week 5
You can do it! I fetl weird the first five minutes of my first 20 minute run.. it was more a brain challenge than a body issue. My legs can keep going. You will do great.

Distance run in 30 minutes
I have just completed Week 8 and am getting fired up for Week 9. I decided to use a GPS app to see how far I run over the last two 28 minute runs. I only cover 1.5 miles  . At this rate I'll be doing a one hour 5K. I am a little disappointed but I try to remind myself I have never jogged or ra...

Re: Week 8
Way to go! I do W8 R2 tomorrow. I wish Clair was more talkative, I really like her encouragements. Hard to believe that in one more week I'll be done!

Re: Week 7
Indeed, it explains it.
I just finished W7 R3... I didn't get out there as early and it was already warm but I finished it and let the dogs take a dip in a pond to refresh themselves.

Re: Week 7

I did W7R1 and tomorrow is W7R2..... so far so good. It's pretty slow and ugly but I'm doing it. I think I'm starting to get calf muscles.

Re: Sticky: Customer Survey
I would love it if the app came with the option to make one user custom run.. where I pick the time intervals and when I hear "Clair" incourage and cue me. I would love to use this program forever. I'm in the middle of week 7 and I already am thinking of what will I do at the end of week 9...
