Keeping track of your runs...
I've been looking for a way to keep track of the runs I do, the main problem being I know how long I'm running each time, but simply wouldn't have a clue how far (running with an iPod Touch, so no GPS), and seem to have found the ideal solution... I'm going to be doing W4R1 tomorrow the steps from week to week get progressively harder, but none so far have been too taxing, they just seem to be well thought out to stretch you without breaking you. Even now I still get lung ache, but I'm sticking with it, ...

Re: What should we do next?!
Just a few thoughts, First, what about the inclusion of a simple stopwatch for free running on a favorite route thats based round the app? I envisage something along the lines of you press start, and it starts the 5 min warm up, then tells you to start running. You go round, every 5 mins elapsed the...

Congratulations, I'm recovering from an injury, and using the app to get fit again. But I know exactly what you mean, one day you go out, and it all just seems right, something clicks, and you're running. From then on it seems to get better...

Stretching.... Its vital to do the right kinds of stretches. Plus if you are generally active as it sounds, then make sure you are eating enough salt. Lack of salt in active people leads to problems like cramps, and muscle aches. Finally remember to not over train, doing too much can cause its own s...
