That's a real dilemma. I generally listen to audiobooks while walking, cycling and sewing. I am just beginning to run, but maybe audiobooks on the iPod or iPhone you are using would help? Or music, if you prefer. I just like audiobooks because I get caught up in the story.

Just finished week 1 run 3. Also downloaded 'log your run' so I could keep track of distance and routes. It shows my data as a chart of 'mile splits' and I have no idea what that means. Anyone have any idea?

Hi everyone, just finished my second run this morning. I live in regional Australia. I've done plenty of exercise over the years, but never liked running. I'm excited to get into such a convenient, free and healthy exercise. Surprised by how manageable it is so far!
