Thank you I have now completed week 3 and feeling great but I regret those doritoes though!

I would suggest a Nike sports bra and also puma for shoes they have a comfortable sole and extra support in the heel!

Decided to run on the treadmill being outside is rainy hope for the best

Feelin really de-motivated and need some encouragement preferably soon because I still need to do my run today

I ran week 3 run 1 today and only started hurting on the last minute

Too bad I'm to old to race in it dangit

I might sign up for an 800 meter kids race being I'm 12 maybe

I want to find someone on w3r1 on thursday the 12th that way I have someone to go through the same things!
