I ran my week 6 run 3 today which was 25 minutes! I encourage anybody who is scared if this or the 20 min for that matter to try it you'll be surprised and remember you can always pause the run and quick stretch!!!!!

That's superb. I am just about to commence my first run on week 5 today, looking forward to the challenge of the 3rd run later this week.

Thanks for that. I was absolutely terrified as had my 20 minute run today but I did it! Won't be breaking any land speed records!! But I didn't stop and so proud of myself. Here's hoping W6R3 goes well too!

I am just a week behind you Mandy123 in the progamme then, but my first post, as I have just completed the week6 day3 25 min run this morning. I set off at my normal slow pace and just kept on going and am looking forward to the next set of runs, and no longer having a walk inteval makes me feel more like a 'proper' runner, even if just in my mind. Very best of luck to you in Week 7 and beyond!!
