I was just looking at what the rest of the weeks look like and saw that my final run is on the day of my 34th birthday. That seems like providence, which I don't believe in. Do I?

Thanks for the encouragement, runjust. And good job to you as well! I just finished w5r1 and it was fantastic. I've found a new asthma drug and it was the best I've ever felt running my entire life!
