Done, no problem, I did buy a heart rate monitor and discovered that at my pace I am quite a bit over the high end of my target zone, my max HR is 175 and I was running at 172, (I'm sure I went over my max but I lost the info on the monitor) the high end of my zone is 150, I'm trying to back it down but my pace is my pace.....it feels natural to me, if I could get into my zone this would be a little easier.....I think.
