Again...

I graduated from the program earlier this month.

I ended up taking two weeks off with an occasional run. I have decided to rerun the program.

It was primarily a whim but I wanted to improve my speed. What I found was last time, I was in bad running shape and I could jog the program. This time I am actually pushing harder and covering much further distance in each run. Well, my first run, anyway.

Has anyone else here done this? If so, what was your experience?
