What next!? Help please
What next!? Help please
I just finished my week 6 run 1 and I was able to run the entire way covering 3.2 miles in 36 1/2 min. When I started the rub I felt great and was able to continue without problems. Now, idk why to do for my next session..... Should I try to run the same distance? Should I go back to the program? Has anyone come across this??? Need some input
