Tomorrow I will complete week 7 run 3 and I can't believe that I am now able to run for 25 minutes without stopping. I honestly never thought I'd be able to do it as I have never really done any running before and didn't believe this app would help.
However, I've managed to complete every run (with some difficulty) and now feel really confident everytime I start one. I can highly recommend sticking with this program as the feeling you get after completing one of the long runs (20-25 mins) is just brilliant. I can't quite explain just how good it is but trust me, it's worth all the pain and effort.
So thats my message really, don't give up if you're just starting out, you'll be amazed at what you can do.
