Help
3.2 miles in 30 min?
Re: 3.2 miles in 30 min?
Hi MAR,
So, how far are you actually running? (5km is 3.1 miles...)
I'm a very slow runner--always right at the back of the field on every race I've ever run with other people--but I find that I can cover 5K in about 35 minutes. The main idea with the Couch to 5K is that if you can manage the half-hour run at the end, then you can almost certainly push it the small amount further you'll need to get to 5K...
Cheers,
Matt
