Week 1 - done!
I am NOT a runner but I really appreciate this app! I've completed all three week 1 runs having been sedentary for the past 4 months following rotator cuff surgery. My physical therapist suggested walking or running would be good exercise and not too much strain on the shoulder. I'm nervous about next week - but am excited that I did not pause or quit any week 1 runs! I'm looking forward to week 2. Thank you for creating an app that I can use with my own music and that is so easy to use! I took a friend and she has the app now too! I like updating my Facebook status from the app too - it helps my friends keep me accountable and encouraged. Love it!
