Those 5 minute runs weren't to bad, I'm really looking forward to running the two 8's, I have to put it off for an extra day due to a visit with the oral surgeon today, so I'm gonna push it back to Wednesday (hopefully) and do the 20 minute run on Friday. Oh I almost forgot.....I have lost 15 pounds since starting C25K on March 6th and I can't stress enough just how great I am feeling!!!
