So guys, I did this run this morning, and feel quite good after it Although they might not be pleasant all the time throughout the run, afterwards, I always feel good and accomplished
I ended the 2nd 8 minutes and as soon as I started the cooldown got a massive stitch, but it went away quite quick, and I'm just glad I managed to finish.
Run 3 coming up on sunday, should be interesting. For the first time, it feels possible - if I pace myself slow enough and don't go crazy at the start- this is crucial people!
Also, despite not being able to sleep till after 3:30am, and getting up at 7am for the run, it wasn't too bad! Now just gotta do some last minute revision for my Dutch Studies exam - 1:30 today! Wish me luck....
