I started last week with another app - it was free to start, and then I found this one, which I think I will really enjoy more - love the graphics. I have completed four run/walks, and the program does seem fairly simple. This morning I completed a 30 minute workout, 8 minutes total running, longest running time 1.5 minutes.
My question: Should I start at the beginning with Get Running anyway, or is there a way to skip ahead? I am already getting addicted.

You can just choose a new week and run and click on it. It will ask you if you want to skip.
