69 years old, just started!

I just wanted to share with everyone how proud I am of my mum, who's 70 next year, has never run in her life and has just completed week 2! She's already seeing a difference, recovering quicker between runs, getting out of her chair easier, balancing better, bending more easily and actually looking forward to the next time we go out! She never thought she'd manage but she's loving it. And she's lost weight which she's really excited about too. Just proves you're never too old! Go mum!
