To Run or Not to Run

I'm new to running. I did my w1r1 yesterday and it was great! This evening my thighs are sore and tomorrow morning is supposed to be my w1r2 day. If I'm still sore do I run anyway? I don't want to not give the plan 100% but not sure when I'm supposed to lay off. Any advice is appreciated! 8-)

You will surely still be sore. The amazing thing is, running will make it go away! I was very sore after my first couple weeks of runs an the only thing that made it feel better was running. I know it sounds counterintuitive, but it's true. By the time you are done with the warm-up walk (as long a it is done at a fairly quick pace) your legs will be feeling great. At least mine were.

Good luck!

Danny

Thanks, Danny. W1R2 was great! I can't wait for R3 tomorrow! I'm running in the morning and it has me in an amazing mood all day long. It's great!
