Week 7

Well I have just done W7R2. I feel great. I think I ran 4.2kph. Really pleased with myself. Onwards and upwards. :mrgreen:

Finished week 7. Feel really good. Am a bit tired after today's run. My left shin is quite sore though. Will go to the physio and get it strapped. Will need to get good running shoes and some orthotic insoles. The shoes i run with are more for walking than running.

I did W7R1 and tomorrow is W7R2..... so far so good. It's pretty slow and ugly but I'm doing it. I think I'm starting to get calf muscles. :)

Strapping is the tape the physiotherapist use when you have an injury like shin splints. Does that explain it?

I just finished W7 R3... I didn't get out there as early and it was already warm but I finished it and let the dogs take a dip in a pond to refresh themselves. :D

Great job. We are definitely onwards and upwards. Wish Ben had a 5210K.
