Week 1 day 1... Let' get it started!
Week 1 day 1... Let' get it started!
Okay so I just completed my first day of my first week! I can't remember the last time I completed anything I started... Wish me luck on this journey I have just embarked upon. Here's to hoping it's not a short one!! My goal is to post after each workout so as to hold myself accountable to this commitment. Please feel free to remind me of my commitment if it appears I have jumped ship, walked the plank, or more than likely am on the couch in the family room!

Good luck Staysea,
I am starting the very last week on Tuesday. I PROMISE you will get to this point and wonder how you ever thought running 90 seconds at a time was hard.
I also agree that it is addictive. I have found myself SEVERAL times being stressed out about something or other and the first thing that pops into my head is "I want to go run." I never thought I would get to that place.
Hopefully you can go straight through the whole program, but if you have a hard week, don't feel bad at all about repeating it. I think I repeated at least two weeks. And sometimes I just repeated a run or two of a week.
