Week 7: how to keep going after only one success
I did week 7 run 1 about two months ago. That was the first time in my life that I kept running for 25 min with no stop. But after that I tried several times and always had to give up. I tried on treadmill, i tried on track, and I tried it outdoor. I put on dance music, I put on talk show to distract myself, or I ran without my ipad. All failed. I How come I could not run for 25 min after I did it once?
