Hi everyone!
I discovered Couch to 5k from a classmate in my PE class and decided to give it a try! I was very active in high school, but now in college I have lost my athletic abilities. A few months ago I decided I wanted to be able to run 3 miles by spring break, then it was by the beginning of summer, and now it's summer and I am determined to finally do it!
I found a 5k September 3rd in my area, and have made it a goal to run it with my friend who is a great runner. I'm looking forward to the progress I will make!
This app is just awesome to help me keep track of my runs. I've also recruited a friend who is not a runner to be my running partner!
I've done two runs for week 1, and tomorrow is my 3rd. I'll keep everyone posted on my progress!
