hey all as someone who had let their fitness go somewhat I found this a great app to get me running and exercising again. like many others on here I'm now looking forward to my runs (I'm about to start week7 wish me luck) but being a novice I just wondered if anyone else was really pleased the first time she tells you that because you ran for so long u can definitely call yourself a runner lol!! I know it's pre recorded but still lol

lol I think she is real but just recorded the encouragement lol she certainly does help tho!

She told me today that I can call myself a runner! I had a big stupid smile on my face all evening!
