Well done for getting yourself so motivated, you're a real inspiration. I'm starting my 'mission' tomorrow morning, i'm 38 years old and i've got about 4 stone to lose by September for a friend's wedding (i'm going to be one of her many bridesmaids), so i'm planning to do weights and resistance work...
