Hi Guys,
Just wanted to clear something up...there are 14 pounds in a stone (and 16 ounces in a pound). This means that at 260 lbs you weigh about 18 and a half stone.
Hope this helps!

Re: Week 5 run 3
Don't worry about it...you'll be able to do it. Seriously. I was so scared but I managed it, and you won't believe the sense of achievement when you finish it...huge! Don't worry about breaking any land speed records - just keep your pace steady and you'll make it. There seemed to be some kind of 'b...

Re: Thrilled at 20 mins!
Well done Maria! I know how you feel.....I'm about to do W7R2 tomorrow and had never run before this app came into my life either. I can't believe I'm managing the 25 minutes this week without stopping - 20 last week seemed like a huge milestone. I even ran in pouring rain on Saturday morning and ac...

Re: Shoulder 'Stitch'????? (Thanks!!)
Just wanted to say a huge thanks to you both for your top tips. I have just completed two 25 minute runs now and the problem seems to have gone! I have to admit that I wasn't doing any stretching on the arms before or after the runs....a little silly really being that I'm really strict about stretch...

Shoulder 'Stitch'?????
The title sounds odd, but this is the only way I can describe it! I did week 5 run 3 on Saturday and after about 15 minutes a pain started on top of my right shoulder and neck. It felt like the same type of pain you get with a 'stitch' in your side when running. The exaggerated breathing was obvious...

Re: Week 5 run 3
Thanks for the tips Baseeton. I managed it, although it was pretty hard after the 15 minute mark as you mentioned! Maybe that's the pain barrier! Have to admit I had rather smug smile when I'd completed it (or perhaps that was just a grimace!?). Week 6 run 1 completed today which was so much easier ...

Re: Week 5 run 3
I don't normally post on forums, but thought someone might be able to clear something up for me. I have my Week 5 Run 3 tomorrow, and I'm petrified! I can honestly say I'm nervous.....so much so that I'm not even drinking a drop of alcohol tonight....AND IT'S FRIDAY!!!! I've been OK up to now with t...
