I agree entirely with dpcoz - I've got another two weeks before I finish c25k and I will need a new app to continue my training. Bring on either bridge to 8 or 10k please!!! I don't want to go with a completely new programme as I love this one so much :D

Two out of the three runs I do a week are on the treadmill as we have a gym where I work (how lucky is that!) I'm doing a mixture of treadmill and road. I had to do the 20 minute run on the road as it was Good Friday so wasn't at work, which wasn't ideal. I think the treadmill is easier than the roa...

Hey! I did it!!! I can't say it was easy but wow when it was done I felt so great. I think you just have to concentrate on your breathing and don't run too fast! The last part of the course I run includes a hill and I just knew I'd still have to be running when I reached it 8-) Anyways I was so plea...

Thanks for all the encouragement from all the guys who have managed run 3 of week 5. It's my turn today and I've been putting it off for hours as the weather is awful, but I've now decided to go for it!!! I'll check in again to let you know how I got on :)
