Hi I am currently at the end of week 8 of the get running programe, which i love, but on saturday a suffered an injury on my toe not related to running but its caused damage that the only shoes i can put on are flip flops due to my toe being in a bandage so therefore trainers are a no go, im hoping ...

Hi all!!
I have just completed run3 of wk6 and it was too run 25 mins without walking and I'm so pleased to say I did it!!
This app is the best thing, 6wks ago I thought it was impossible for me to manage it!

Hi I completed Run 3 of week 5 yesterday, i was so pleased with myself as just last week i was thinking there is no way i will be able to run for 20 minutes with no break. It was hard to start with as all runs are but then i got into the swing of things but as i reached 15mins i was ready to give up...
