Hello.

I'm due to run the last run of week three tomorrow. Run two wasnt too bad but I was quite tired and felt quite slow! I'm new to all this too!! Good luck for week 4. I'll be starting it

So week 3 run 1 went well and I even ran more than I was supposed to. Found the second 3 minute run hard though but stuck with it. Good luck to everyone starting week 3 this week.

Yeah both week 2 runs were ok but I don't seem to be getting any faster. Run 3 on Friday. X

Hi I use earphones with mine so I can hear the music and the coaching for the app above traffic noise etc but the app still speaks to you without them so maybe try without and see how you get on?

Hello all

Bought the app last week and after ordering an armband and downloading some music to run to, I completed my first run this morning!!!

Found it hard but felt great afterwards! Looking forward to Wednesday.
