Well thanks all ;) Now doing 10k nonstop and slowly working up the speed by alternating 5k fartleg and interval rounds with the slower endurance with fitness routines. Skipped the first 2 weeks of the program and finnished the last run on the first of june :) I'm going 10K now, using the runtastic app to keep record and monitor heartbeat. I am allready on 10k track, running the first 35 minutes nonstop and then powerwalk alternate run fartleg style the rest. Buidi...

I don't mind my feet getting wet, I walk barefoot at home most off the time, that's why I am attracted to the thought behind these shoes. But barefoot, your feet would dry quickly again when out of the rain or wet grass, in this case the shoe will keep your feet wet... On the other hand, my current ...

Thanks for the reply. Do they keep your feet dry when it's raining? I love to go cross country but where I live the soil is wet most of the time.
