I hadn't linked to the programme, but yeah my appetitie has reduced lately too... odd. Swimming makes me ravenous! If I eat within hours before going for a run I tend to get a stitch. Hi In my experience, it can be easier running on the treadmill because you don't have the weather as an extra challenge (whether warm/cold, wet/windy has an impact). It also forces you to keep a certain pace, but you can always slow the speed if you feel you are struggling. I find having a read-out ...

I find that too! I feel much better running on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Whether this is a good idea or not I don't know...? Post warm-up stretch

Hey,
There is no pause for a stretch after the warm-up on the app. Does this mean that it 's not necessary? I always thought a pre-run stretch was as important as the post run? Do people pause or stretch before warm-up?

Hey I feel exactly the same. I started a Learn to Run programme last year and did really well. From being fairly unfit I was able to run 25 mins without needing a break and then could carry on... getting that buzz where you feel you could just keep going and going. Its a great high after the run too...
