I just started week 7 yesterday. I was at the end of my 25 minute run and wasnt tired so i kept going an extra 5 minutes. How to increase speed
I am going to be on week 7 after today and i can do all the runs, but i only go 4.5 to 5 mph. I want to increase speed. Any tips on how. After i finish the program of course

I finished week 5-3
I did it at 4.5 mph whichbwas slower than my normal 5mph but i did it and im super stoked. Im 50 pounds overweight and had never run before this program. If i can finish this everyone can

I'm a little worried at the 12 minute gap between the last run and this next one. I was ok with eight minutes but im not sure if i can do 20. Any advice

Can I run without skipping days
I was on week 5 but had to stop for a few weeks. I started w3 today and found it very easy but dont want to move to week4 quite yet. should i do it as normal or can i do 3 days in a row skip 1-2 days and start week 4 as normal. Would it work either way

The Flu
I was supposed to start week 4 today but I seem to have came down with the stomach flu. Its very annoying as i was looking forward to it all weekend. Oh well theres alwsys tomorrow. Thanks and God bless

Just finished week 3
Just got done running week three. Long runs were pretty tough but not hard enough to make me wabt to stop. I wouldn't say this week was hard but i wouldnt call it easy either. Can't wait for week 4

I just finished week one!! Yay
Just finished the final run for week 1. I'm so excited. I already feel so much better. Im only on week 2 and i already look forward to running on these days. Its like my time to think and process things. Thanks get running

Well i think pretty good. I haven't done run 3 yet but i ran the half mile warmup iin my physical education class with relative ease today so thats good.
