Yes an arm band is a good idea. I just got mine from eBay. Well done on your first run ! Great app. I completed it a couple of months ago.

Hi I finished the programme a few wks ago & did my first 5k Race for Life last Sunday. I never would have believed that was possible 5 months ago ! Trust the programme ! Good luck.

Hi - well I did the Race for Life on Sunday & beat my pb by 3 minutes finishing in 31:27. I'm amazed as I would never have believed I could do that 5 months ago ! Tina
