Finish week 7 or move on to 8?

As i posted the other day, I didn't manage to finish my running for week 7 because I was ill. Now, I just don't know whether to skip the 3rd run of week 7 and carry on to 8, or finish it?

What do you guys think?

For goodness' sake!

I was due to finish week 7 yesterday, and take my 2 days rest, but I couldn't do it because I've caught some bloody virus. I'm not gonna be able to run until I'm better, which could take days, and then I worry I'll be behind! :(

Overall, a sad day!

Week 7!

Did run one of week 7 today - I can't believe how quick it's going! I barely feel as if I started yesterday! the run went really well, and I was a little naughty in the fact that I carried on running at the end of the 25 minutes, and managed to do the full 30! Dead Chuffed :) I dunno what it was, I ...

Week 6, completed :)

I did my first 25 minute run today, and was surprised to see that I managed to get the furthest along my route that I have yet! ( I was expecting to fall short of the usual half way point, thinking I was going at a slow pace, so was pleasantly surprised) it was hard at the end, but I felt good. I di...

Re: Oh hello Week 5 :)

Congratulations on finishing week 4, and good luck with 5. Like Sam said, it's about your mindset, and like something I read a while back, the app doesn't set you anything impossible :) good luck!

Done, and it was good :) Saw a bat too, after about 3 weeks of nothing!

Re: the saga continues...

Congratulations :) week 4 felt like a tough one for me, but it went by quite well. Enjoy week 5, doing the unbroken run is a really big step - and it doesn't have to be quick, i took it slowly, and sped up a bit at the end. Just make sure you don't run out of steam :)

the saga continues...

So, week 6 started today, and I've also started blogging my progress via Tumblr (see the signature :) ) The run went well, and I might even add the first half seemed quite pacey, and although I slowed down after the half way point it was still the furthest I've been on my travels! (jogging obviously...
