I'm with you on this, I find the first half of the run much harder than the second, just done week 6 run 3. I didn't think I would finish, it's wet and cold but I pushed on and finished. I think it's a mental thing once you get a rhythm going it seems to get easier. You are not alone!

I felt exactly the same! I run outdoors and have struggled with hills(slight hills I live in Suffolk!) I did week 4 run 1 today and did it. I had been dreading it but decided to not think about how Many minutes left to run but just go for it. Good luck, im sure you can do it.

Have just done wk 3 run 1. I was really worried it was going to be tough but I really enjoyed it. Luckily it was a lovely sunny day and I was running by the sea. Which took my mind off the times. I think it really helps if u try and not worry about how long u have left for each interval and suddenly...

Week 2 Run 1

Hello everyone

Just finished week 1, really enjoying it which I thought I woul never say. My week 2 run 1 should be run on Fri 13th. As I am v accident prone - wish me luck!!
