Hi I have just finished week 1 and about to start week 2
but feel nowhere near ready! I'm fine jogging the first 30
seconds and then struggle the last 30 seconds! Do I do week
1 until I'm ready to move to week 2 ? I'm very unfit and
overweight! Or do I struggle on and try week 2?
All advice ...

A friend of mine used this app and I was so inspired by her, I decided to give it a go!
