I struggled with my breathing on the second 5 min run found that no matter how slow i went it made no real difference!

Struggling with week 4 HELP needed please x
Hi, I've completed weeks 1-3 with no real problems however last night I REALLY struggled with week 4 run 1. Any help / tips would be greatly appreciated, I did the first 5 min run but really could not do the second any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I have also just finished run 1 week 3, and struggled on run 1 found the second 3 mins easier! Amreally impressed how much I've improved from day 1 week 1 lol run 2 of week 3 tomorrow and looking forward to it xx

Thanks for that, the people who post on this forum are really friendly and encouraging xx I completed week 2 run 1 last night and it was not as bad as I feared only struggled with the last run. I've just downloaded run keeper so hopefully will see my Distance improve along with my stamina! Good luck...

Is their an app that tells you your distance?
I'm looking for an app that let's me know how far I've ran and if poss how many calories I've burned off? I've seen people download the asides micoach but I can't find it. Is their an app available in the uk? Thanks rileybaby

Thanks for that tx-mom. I've just finished run 1 week 2 and can feel myself getting fitter each run. Really enjoying it and I never thought I would I just need to work out how far I'm. Running now.

Hi, I've just found the forum, I have today finished run 3 week 1 and am suprised to say really enjoying it. I'm running in a bid to get fit and if I drop a dress size all the better. The choc almond idea is fab, best thing I've heard of all week lol. I've just finished run 3 week 1 and after run 1 thought I was about to have a heart attack , but today was miles easier and I recovered easier to.
