:evil: I usually go out early morning but went out at 12 noon it's hot here in the uk ATM so that didn't help ,Its 24c but felt like 34c! Anyway I made it to 13 minutes before having to stop and runkeeper says I did 1.6 miles @ 6.66mph average, I have not run this far since I was in the navy 9 years...

Well done! I finished my last week 3 run this morning so start week 4 in a couple of days in which time my new sports earphones and iPhone armband should have arrived :D

I can't wait to start week 4 although my first week 3 run was a challenge.

Well done, I completed week 3 day 1 today and found the last 3 minutes difficult so I slowed down, I probably run too fast initially then get tired. I find the trick for me is a slow steady pace, if you watch most people who run all thetime they have a slow steady pace. Good luck on the rest of the ...

Run keeper pro and it's free at the moment and works fine in the background with get running.

I have 3 apps running spotify, get running & run keeper pro.
