think it may be called shin splints and I'm in agongy.
Should I rest this or fight through the pain?
I'm due to run tomorrow and its may day 2 of week 5 and will be gutted if I dont acheive this.

and he's worried he will loose my data and quite frankly I will go beserk if ye does too!!!!
So if this does happen can I forward weeks as now on day 2 of week 4.
