Re: What should we do next?!

Please hurry and make a new running program as I'm nearly finished Get Running. I like being told how far through the run I am and were the halfway point is. Maybe you could also design a program which alternates between running and exercises.

Re: Just did 20 min run

Today I did a 28 minute run. I've never been able to run far and this is the furthest I've run in my 41 years. I'm very surprised and very happy with myself. Now I'd like to find some more interesting places to jog in Sydney Australia other than the surburban streets where I have been running.

Re: Work Interferring with Get Running

Thank you Dawn and Ben When the rain disappears and the sun comes out again here in Sydney, I am going to try to squeeze in a run in my lunch break. I've only about half an hour and I'm hoping I can complete the run within the short time span. I will recommence from week 2 . I've never timed it so I...

Work Interferring with Get Running

I started get running and I was progressing through to week 3 no problems and really enjoying it. I then accepted a full time job for the next two months. Now I can't find the time to jog. There are no daylight hours left for me to jog once I've done everything. I guess I will have to wait until I h...

Re: Rest Days

Yes I feel the same Dawn. Week 1 hasn't been to hard on me and I would like to run on rest day. Do you know how to repeat a run?

Re: Sticky: Introductions!
