Mainly too out of breath, I can deal with the physical aspects of running (e.g muscle pain etc) absolutley fine, it's just i get out of breath so quickly, even when I'm running the slowest I can go, like a half jog, half walk thing, its pathetic! x

Week 3 :-(

I cant seem to do week three,
this is the second week i'm trying to do it now and i cant seem to complete any of the 3 minute runs, no matter how slow I go!

any help? or am i doomed for unhealthiness forever? x

ALSO!

I've found running on the treadmil is so much easier than running outside so if you can, get on a treadmil :-) x

Don't worry! I'm a 20 year old female, about 10 stone so not overweight; and when I did my first week it actually killed me, i really really struggled to even run for 60 seconds. But now i'm on week 2 and things have got slightly easier: I got terrible shin splints, sorted out by buying proper train...
